“We stopped here on a road trip and ended getting an extra order To Go - yes, the green chile sauce is that good! Seeing tables of relaxed locals is always a good sign and this off-main-street spot delivers in the best way. Authentic flavors, well prepared and served in generous portions by friendly faces. The stuffed sopapilla was the rock star of our visit, but the asada tacos with homemade tortillas were a close second. Do NOT miss the salsa Verde!”

“Finally stopped by to try this place out. Would recommend to anyone! My smoothie was delicious, they have an excellent variety of flavors. There’s something for everyone here. I’m gunna be back every morning from now on!! The food smelled incredible, I will be getting that green chili quesadilla next time. I woke up this morning with a nasty sinus headache. Chose the detox smoothie hoping for a little relief. Before I got halfway done with my drink, the headache actually did start to fade as my body started to rehydrate. I dont remember what all was in it, cucumber, carrot, ginger, apple and something else. I hope everyone will give this place a shot, we have a hidden gem right here in town and we need to keep this place open forever!! The staff members are very kind and patient.”

“Wow! I ate lunch there today. A chicken burrito smothered with green chile pork and red chile pork sauce. With a bit of sourcream and guacamole. I have lived in the SLV since 1978 and I have NEVER had such an amazing Mexican meal. The sauces were savory with subtle hits of spices. I would call them gourmet...probably more like what you get in Mexico. I am REALLY impressed! Service was excellent. I wish you well in your new business. You are a fabulous addition to this community. Bravo!”

“Just passing through and stumbled upon this gem when the restaurant we intended to dine at was closed. The stuffed baked potatoes were delicious! I had the brisket and my husband had the pork. We ordered a side of mac ‘n’ cheese as well but, honestly, the potatoes were more than enough. Definitely recommend trying their signature sauce, it’s amazing!”

I always take food cost into consideration when ordering and was not happy when picking up a togo order & found there was a 30-35% jump between posted prices and actual prices of my order. “I go in once in awhile to this place, usually when I go in the cashier's are rude and not very friendly even the manager. the last 2 times I've gone there, there was an older lady at the drive thru she was nice I had my dog with me and she gave him a little treat. I went inside last week there was a girl her name was Lauryn, she was very nice and friendly. Arbys should give props to employees like these makes a customer's experience great and want to come back.”

“We took a family vacation to PPIHC and the last part of our trip was Hiking at Zapata and Dunes. I have to try coffee wherever I go, so googled coffee in Alamosa. And found this gem. Some of the best breakfast! And coffee was so good too!! We tried the fried pies also and had to get a couple for the 13 hr road trip. Definitely a place worth stopping at and I’ll be back our next Colorado trip! Super friendly people too.”

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!”

“I live and have lived in major metropolitan areas with 20-30 starbucks in a small radius w very fancy starbucks settings and furniture. None of that I will ever remember. The approach, smile and kindness from the barista that attended me here (I hate i cant remember his name) was something that stuck with me even though we didn't chat much. I was still waking up. He has a peculiar mustache maybe and a distinct look which I admire/envy. How long can a smile go. Thank you to this person who conveyed so much in so little time. I hope he reads this.”

“Reliable spice brand, best producers of Southwest staples and the only brand I can find that has blue corn atole (vs white/yellow). My grandma used to make me their atole for breakfast and I still eat it as a comfort food. This is not a place to visit, I buy their products through Kroger grocery stores.”

“I had the vegetarian combo with mild green(not vegetarian anymore since the green has pork) but it was really good. Even the mild has some spice to it. The guacamole tostada is a great compliment to this plate. My wife had the cheese enchiladas with red. The chile was very flavorful. We also ordered the chile cheese fries and asked for half and half. They put one chile on top of the other. I've never known any restaurant to not put half on one side, and half on the other. They weren't very good mixed. I would have given it 5 stars if not for this. Lastly, there is a review from Nina S. that said this restaurant doesn't know what hot is. There must have been a mix-up or something on their order because the hot is way too hot and the medium is probably as much heat as I would ever want. I don't understand how you would want or need something so hot that you can't even enjoy the food. The consistency of their spiciness has been consistency over the years, and if anything, it's only gone up a notch. I would always prefer something that tastes good and you can enjoy over something that is so hot that you can't.”

“Traveling through Alamosa, killing time while the Tesla was charging. Saw the reviews and decided to stop here for breakfast (a block away from the charging station). Food was tasty, but it did take 20-25 minutes from ordering to getting it at the table (ordered around 7:30am). Not a big deal for us as we had to kill time anyway. Just something for folks to be aware of. Order up a cup of their amazing coffee and the time will fly by 😄”
