“My ice cream is getting smaller each time. I asked tonight how the rewards work because I've been collecting them for months and have never been told I got a discount. As an employee she kept stressing that she had no idea how the rewards worked, so I grabbed a brochure. She told me how many points I have tonight and it's so few for all the ice creams I've gotten. I'm wondering if something is going on at this location at 55th and Wadsworth.“

“I live in Georgia and ordered a custom Nightmare before Christmas cake for my daughter's birthday. My son-in-law forgot to pick it up before they closed but I was able to send a message and the owner Erica was kind enough to meet up with him later that night. I don't know alot of people that would go out of their way for a 1st time customer. My daughter was greatful. She said the cake was so good and she loved the way it was decorated. “I always have great service when here, the staff is amazing. the packaging not so much. when we buy individual glazed we are fine. decided to buy a voodoo dozen for the kids. there was one liner in the whole box. so the grape ape seemed to melt and spread over everything. I trashed half a box I purchased for over$30 because no one would eat them. I was going to drive back out there with the box but it's just out of the way“

John, the owner, stepped up to save the day after another bakery canceled last minute on a birthday cake I had ordered. With less than 24 hour notice, during a peek rush and on a weekend at that, I could not have been more pleased with what he put together for me. After explaining my situation and that it was for my partners 35th birthday party that was a little gay, little disco, little cowboy, I didn't expect anything more than an icing piped "Happy Birthday". Picture attached because he knocked it out of the park and words don't do it justice. Not only did the cake live up to the party theme (and then some) it was DELICIOUS and when he quoted me the price I couldn't believe how affordable it was. If your'e needing a baker in the Denver area, trust me, you can't go wrong with John and his team at le' Bakery Sensual. It will be my first and only stop from here on out. One ice cream was a little too mixed and almost melted, one wasn’t mixed and not chopped small enough, and the last one was mixed perfectly but we weren’t told where it was so it was a little confusing. All in all, I would recommend this place and the workers are so sweet.“

“I had a pleasure of being served by John he was patient and had great recommendations on ice cream helping us choose a flavor that would be to our liking 2 kids under 10 who are picky. John was understanding and helpful. He has great customer service. Will definitely be coming back.“

“Couple of outdoor tables. One game outside to enjoy. Couple of inside tables. Lots of topping choices. The place was clean but also it was empty when I went. One cashier. She was friendly and answered my questions about how often the flavors get changed out. She said about every week they change the featured flavor. The froyo is good and creamy. Seems to melt pretty fast though. So if you add too many toppings you'll have a puddle to drink in the bottom of your cup. I always get the cheesecake peices and fresh strawberry toppings when I go here. Always good and tasty. I spent $11+ dollars today just on my own cup. It was pretty full but I expected to pay between $8-$9.“

“We've ordered online from this location many times and have never had a bad experience. They're always prompt, and they get our orders correct. It's a nice date-night treat for my husband and I once the kids go to bed every few months and I love that they're so close that we can indulge a few times a year. Great service, clean inside, easy to order online and then pick-up.“
