Can I just say thank you for being a superior Einstein's? We just waited 10 min for a single untoasted bagel w schmear at another location...and opened the bagel to find 1/4 the amount of schmear you always give me. Thanks for your great service!
While the food is always decent (when they get your order right), the service brings it down big time. A group of unfocused girls who would rather be some where else it seems, slowly make their way through the sea of stacking orders. Watched a girl with pigtail balls on her head, put a bagel up to her blonde co-workers nose before preparing it out of humor then serve it to another guest. If you have a half hour to kill before you get your order, it's the place to be!
