“I ordered catering from El Pollo Loco yesterday for a group event of 30 people, and I was genuinely impressed.
Our order was ready right on time, everything was hot, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every single person on our team was happy, which is not easy to do with a group that size.
The manager went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that they even asked how I preferred the catering to be packaged. I had ordered box lunches, but they offered alternative options like trays to make sure it was most convenient for our event. That level of attentiveness and flexibility really stood out.
Great food, great service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. We will definitely be ordering catering from them again.“

“This place is amazing, Alex is the best! Wish the other workers were like her. Maybe they were having a bad day but they definitely charges me for a regular pizza when I got a mini. They fixed it but the rest of the time the girl that took our order just glared at us while we were eating. I get it we came in 30 mins before close but so did 10 people after us and not once did she just STARE AT ANYONE ELSE.“

“This is by far the BEST location for either Taco Bell or KFC I have ever been to in any city or even state. They have the best flavor to their sodas compared to anywhere I've ever been. When I asked the person there they said there's no special water or filtration, they're just really clean. As a customer they're not only clean, they are friendy, accurate and they treat the food like they care about who eats it. Which is rare for fast food. Robert in particular today was great at communication and he even got me to buy a bundt cake! Which I never do. No matter where I am, I will be coming to this location and this location alone.“

“I was here 06/01/25 around 6pm and the gentleman working was a one man show! I didn’t catch his name, but he was crushing it and gave great customer service! Quite a few people came in at once and he was working on multiple online orders as well. He handled it all so gracefully, despite being the only person working and people having to wait. I work in service, so I know how frustrating it can be when the stores been vacant for a bit and then all of the sudden all the business hits at once. (Happens to the best of us lol) But he was amazing - all happy customers! He definitely deserves a raise, at the very least a shift meal!! ❤️“

“If I find my $5 I'm going to splurge here I didn't have any food last visit and they treated me like a human they ---what did she say on the exit she said to have a good day and when I entered I believe I was asked how things were going and I don't remember my response hopefully I was nice and polite. Sometimes I forget my manners so I need to let others slide when they don't but I give this place five stars for treating me like a human today. The restroom was not past locked I used the restroom and that was it for this visit hopefully their food hasn't gone downhill. I do generally go to McDonald's because it's cheaper but I often regret that decision. I don't think I've ever gotten sick after eating at Wendy's.“
