Fantastic food and excellent customer service. The restaurant is very clean and the decor is on point with the firehouse theme. This is my first time trying out Firehouse Subs! The moment I walked in, I was cheerfully greeted by Jason and he helped me with my order. Ordering was a cinch with the mobile stand. I absolutely love this location! The food is great and the environment is kept very clean. I didn’t have to wait long for my sandwich to come out too, which is amazing! Definitely recommend coming here for your food! Customer service skills for this place are top tier!
I am updating my review. Still great sandwiches. Ordering ahead is quite inconvenient. The phone number listed it's not correct, connects to some lawyer. Order on line? Why not, sure just install someone elses app. Like I need another stupid app pestering me. Seems like a nice choke point, am I the only one? Perhaps all is well, best of luck. My poor service rating is not towards the workers. It's about the crappy phone ordering system.
