I ate here today- waited 15 minutes along with other customers in the store while the 5 people working focused only on catering or delivery orders. Shouldn’t at least 1 person be providing service to the people standing in front of them? When we finally got the order it was wrong and they seemed very bothered when I asked for it to be cut in half. Very disappointing

This location is the FAVORITE because all the staff have the best vibes and just make better food compared to others. Customers love the un witch, and the staff crafts the best unwitch they’ve ever had. The location is kept clean, and kids are welcome. Joey is absolutely fantastic, providing excellent customer service that is nice, patient and accommodating, making customers feel so welcome and taken care of. Overall, it stands out as a remarkable establishment among other Jimmy John's chains.
