I was completely judged by my appearance and was even told I can't sit in the lobby waiting on the other members of my group because he said it was for guests only. Very poor experience. We requested a refund, which, 4 years later we have yet to receive and switched to the Hilton. Piss poor company!!“

I think the design elements here are on an emotional level. As you step down the speak easy steps you’ll find a beautiful green escape. They even have an event room for larger parties and events. “Forest Room 5 is, to me, like browsing a nostalgic, 80’s themed museum or time capsule at 3:33 AM. It has such a calm and inviting atmosphere for such an eclectic and somewhat bizarre setting. It is a vaporwave connoisseur’s ultimate dream- old objects your parents or grandparents might have had lying around when you were a kid, old documentaries and music, coupled with the pastoral vibes of a forest you might have visited long ago, or have fond memories about growing up. The vending machine is an eclectic goody bag of random objects with somewhat sentimental quality. It’s as though they plucked random memories from my subconscious mind and sold them to me. The bathrooms are some of the most calming rooms in the whole bar, with spacey visuals and reverb-tinged music filling the space with nostalgia and comfort. Forest Room 5 is an absolute gem in a city famous for its avant-garde establishments and attractions. PLEASE check them out. All of the staff were very kind, the drinks were creative and enjoyable, and the food is delicious.“

“Overall a chill and casual atmosphere and good outdoor lounge space to relax with friends and play corn hole or a game of darts. It wasn’t very busy when was there so it was a nice place to chat and catch up with a group. I loved the decor and of course they have cute seasonal Halloween decor that is also fun. I didn’t eat or drink here but one of my friends did and enjoyed his drink. Next time I’m getting a screwball shot with cranberry juice (Pb&j style)“

“The Squire is such a cool dive bar — exactly what you hope for in a neighborhood spot. It’s laid-back, unpretentious, and has that perfect dive bar vibe without trying too hard. The drinks are cheap, the bartenders are friendly, and the atmosphere makes it easy to relax and have a good time.

If you’re looking for a spot in Denver that feels local and fun, this is it. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town.“

“Located in the Meridien Hotel lobby it’s a bustling but chic atmosphere. We had a drink here while waiting to go upstairs to the rooftop bar.

The espresso martini was strong and the combination of Amaro and chocolate bitters gave it a nutty, sweet flavor without being overly sugary.“

“I saw this bar on tiktok and wanted to check it out while visiting. Absolutely best decision, the service was outstanding from a bartender stand point. The customers were very friendly and welcoming. Next time I come visit I'll be definitely be coming back. The outside smoking area is on point. Better to reserve upfront, many times gets busy.

Walk ins based on availability, and the bar is an option too for food/drinks.

“Security guard Jeffery is way to aggressive and very rude. He allowed his favorite male customers to sexually harass me, when I contacted him for help he kicked me and my friends out. Very aggressive and rude protecting his own group of friends that have ‘Vip’ statue with him. He is the original organizer for the human trafficking and drugs that get sold there. Owners should definitely get rid of him he is a liability. Women be careful going there if your not in a large group, Jeffery will threaten you and even have his “sister” follow you home. Denver FBI needs to investigate this place.“

“Mark was our server and we were dining pre-opera and had a time limit. Salads and salmon at our table were fresh and nicely presented. The only criticism on chopped vegetable salad was that the dressing for two of us was quite heavy. I will order on the side next time. One person had wedge salad and perfectly prepared salmon. Quick and friendly service as usual. It is our go-to pre-DCPA.“
