When we arrived there were several tables open but several had not been cleaned off. There was a very large party and another table with 5 people. We ordered beverage and food at the same time. Our drinks came relatively quick. After about 25 minutes, I flagged down the server, who was also managing the bar and asked about our food. She offered to check with the kitchen and when she returned she said that it would be another 10 minutes due to the large party. It was actually another...read full review
The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the server was super nice. The food left me a little disappointed. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. 
Apple Blossom is the restaurant associated with the Hyatt in downtown Denver where my wife and I stayed after a week in the mountains. Food was excellent, and our bartender MJ was very friendly and attentive.
