As an Aspen wedding planner, I already cannot wait to book again after we hosted a wedding for the first time at The Cabin this summer. The addition of the glass tent outside has made it exactly the venue that Snowmass needed on-mountain. We hosted a beautiful dinner inside the tent for 60 people and it was perfect. If you are seeking a luxury, one of a kind, dining experience while visiting Aspen Snowmass. This is the place you want to go to. Located on Snowmass mountain you begin your dining experience at the base of the mountain. You are chauffeured to the restaurant in a SnowCat. You then arrive and are welcomed into the Cabin. Where you then get to spend about 2-3 hours enjoying an amazing 5 course meal. Surrounded by amazing views of the mountains and watching the sunset over the Valley....read full review
Very cozy place on the middle of the mountain. You can’t get there without lift ticket. Keep that in mind. If you are not a skier ( I am talking about winter season), you wouldn’t be able to get there.
Otherwise, food was delicious and service was amazing. I had Elk beef stroganoff- taste of that dish was following me for 2 days . Soooo good!
Highly recommended if you are skiing at Snowmass.

The Cabin offers an excellent dining experience with delicious food, except for a disappointing Apple Strudel. The atmosphere is cozy and cabin-like, creating a unique and memorable setting. The service, however, can be inconsistent, with some waitstaff lacking the expected level of experience. Nonetheless, the Cabin is highly recommended, especially for the veal dish and the impressive wine selection. Guests should be mindful that a hearty meal here may impact their skiing plans for the day.
