Located on the top floor of the Aspen Art Museum, Swedish Hill is one of the coolest spaces in Aspen. The vibe is elite, fantastic, and chill. The rooftop offers amazing views of the mountain, a beautiful scenery, and an outdoor patio. It is a great place to chill, get some work done, or camp out for a bit. The food is top-notch and excellent. Specific meals include the Reuben pastrami sandwich, salmon bagel, kale salad, chicken salad sandwich, breakfast sandwich on a croissant, and a pistachio croissant. The coffee is impeccable and the least expensive in the area. The cafe also offers a salad bar, nice bathrooms, WiFi, and accepts international creditcards. While a little busy at times, it is not crowded. Highly recommended for an unforgettable breakfast experience or a terrific lunch spot.
