“I had a problem with an order to be delivered this morning between 7 and 8 am. the company they use for these deliveries picked up my order at 7:15 but returned my things back to the store with no explanation. I contacted customer service for help on line and was told I had to contact the store. when I called the person who answered was un able to help me especially when I was unable to tell him who the delivery company was....um I ordered through Sam's Club app on my phone I have no information regarding who is the delivery company. after going around and around he finally got me on touch with Austin. Austin was sorry I did not have my order and was trying to get another driver out with my groceries, but, apparently no one from the delivery company would respond. After waiting over sn hour I called again and the girl who answered started to give me the sane run around about who was the delivery company...I stopped her and told her to transfer me to Austin. when he heard I still had not gotten my order he contacted his supervisor to figure out what to do. meanwhile my son arrived to get my credit for the delivery charges and I told him just have my son bring it home. Apparently Austin had a very rough morning but still tried to go above and beyond to appease a very upset customer. just wanted you all to know“

“I stopped by L Cafe, it was my first time trying Armenian food and I am blown away. I ordered the Steak Lavash Wrap and it was absolutely amazing. I learned that lavash is an Armentian flat bread and the flavor of the sauce blew my mind. It was made to order, super fresh, and well cooked. The cafe was very nice inside and spotless, the people were super friendly, overall a great place. I am glad I stopped by and would highly recommend trying it. I will be going back anytime I am in the neighborhood.“

“We had the huevos rancheros and the corned beef and hash. Both were delicious. I also ordered a zucchini/pistachio pancake that was fluffy and light. The butter was freshly churned with cinnamon . I will be dreaming about that pancake for awhile. I also got a hazelnut latte and it was the perfect mix of coffee and nutty without being overly sweet.“

The food is great but up until today, I always have to ask for water...twice...and then for a straw....twice. today Brittany was my waitress and I was given water and a straw and she was friendly and warm and well....I just wanted to commend her as well as this super place that is my go to for my private spot for my quiet breakfast time.“

“I have always been pleased with the food. The first year they opened, their servers were so nice and it had a home like vive. Now it is hard to come back and enjoy the food. I have been questioned about my choice in milk preference in my late and was given what the waitress preferred even after indicating otherwise. After asking for a remake I was questioned why I ordered food with cheese when I am lactose intolerant. With the change of name to this restaurant too, I just feel more and more un welcomed. I just advise to hire people who like doing their job and do seem to get things done effortlessly without focusing on tip, even if pay affects their service, they need to look for another job if they arent happy working for them, the little details is what matters. Keep up the great food tou serve.“

“Always a favourite for quick dining options. Excellent soups, breads, fries, making cheese drinks.
We ordered broccoli soup once more one large with french baguettes.. Cinnamon roll was run down version of anything that can be called a cinnamon rule. Drinks for good. Alexa was excellent in service. I love this great company for all the hospitality. And a steamed organisation that it has been. Moderate prices but good service“

“Best location. I ordered through DoorDash and sadly the driver kept my food, even though he lied and indicated that it was delivered. I called Panera and they assisted me with contacting Door Dash and getting my food out to me. So nice! Very grateful. Thank you“

“I ordered food for my daughter's birthday through the Panera app to be delivered to her school for lunch. Door Dash notified me that the order was delivered, but it wasn't. When I called Panera to sort it out, the manager was so kind and compassionate. She had my order remade, threw in a complimentary cookie and brownie, and had one of her catering drivers deliver it within 10 minutes. The service and kindness was above and beyond and deeply appreciated! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday extra special!“
