Costco's Food Court no longer takes the same extraordinary pride they used to take in feeding huge families and bored, shoppers like me, who want to reward themselves for shopping for enormous quantities of Kirkland-brand foods with a huge Costco Food Court doughy combo pizza, enormous kosher-style hot Polish sausage, or "low" calorie berry smoothie (why "Kirkland," Costco?
