“I frequent this location and am always happy with the quality of food and service. On my visit today, the store was busy but David and Jay still provided quality customer service while taking care of everyone's orders promptly. The store was clean and my sandwich was perfect!“

“We go here quite frequently and they are the biggest sandwiches compared to other locations. Usually, we have no issues with our order, and this time, We did have a small issue and I went back and they fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this place!“

“Today my son and I were in the drive through when my car battery died (and the car was running). Dan was so sweet. He said he had jumper cables in his car to help me. He took his headset off, went and got his car and pulled it into the drive though to jump my battery. Dan went above and beyond for me today and I truly appreciate him and his servant heart. “i adore this jimmy john’s!!! the jj on arapahoe is legitimately the worst. they took my order, asked me if i was paying card or cash, i told them cash, 45 minutes then goes by. i call them for updates, they don’t answer. i then called on a different number and ofc they answer. only to tell me they can’t deliver. they are less than 5 minutes away from me. i called this store and they were more than happy to help!! even being more than 10 minutes from me, they kindly helped me out!! love them!“

“The new manager at this location is very personable and was willing to honor the discount I was promised by previous employees.

I have had problems with this store previously, either not having a driver, getting orders wrong, or being out of items and still sending the order without telling me until I called about it.

I hope the best for this location since I get my lunches here often as it's cheap, quick, and easy to eat on the run.“
