“I got a delivery today and I was missing a bag of chips. I called the store and they asked if I’d like credit or to have the chips brought back. I was shocked that the attitude was so positive and I didn’t feel like a bother for asking the driver to bring the bag of chips. He came back quicker than I expected and with two cookies and note that said “sorry”. I hope he has a great night. I order from this Jimmy Johns a lot and I’ve never had problems.
