“I got a delivery today and I was missing a bag of chips. I called the store and they asked if I’d like credit or to have the chips brought back. I was shocked that the attitude was so positive and I didn’t feel like a bother for asking the driver to bring the bag of chips. He came back quicker than I expected and with two cookies and note that said “sorry”. I hope he has a great night. I order from this Jimmy Johns a lot and I’ve never had problems. Thank you to the team at this location, you’re awesome!“

“The service at this location was great! Kaii greeted us as soon as we walked in. The place was very clean and he made us feel very welcomed. He mentioned the French bread was just made fresh so I went with that. Best bread I’ve ever had at a sandwich joint. Most places, the bread is hard and crusty. This by far was the best experience I have had at this location!“

Some places will call it a lettuce wrap and put a piece of lettuce on the top and bottom of the meat, but Jimmy John's actually makes it a wrap that you can hold with one hand to eat! There was a good amount of fresh lettuce and I still got the regular amount of toppings as I would in a sub. Thanks, Jimmy John's!“
