“It's a Jimmy John's! What more can you want. I walked in the morning of my wedding and asked them if they could drum up some subs for my groomsmen and myself and they obliged and got us out the door with a bunch of sandwiches in like 30 minutes. Good job, Jimmy John's.“
“I order for pickup regularly. No issues. All of the bad reviews are from people who want delivery. We live in a densely populated car dependent suburban area. It takes time for drivers to get to you. Relax. It’s a sandwich; not life saving medicine.“
“I got a sandwich that was clearly an accident because it was missing most the inside of the sandwich. Called and the manager was so nice he fixed the whole situation. Most people need to call and communicate to have something fixed but most just write a bad review instead. The manager definitely won me back as a customer.
