“They did amazing on my veggie sub today. I am so happy! I was a little concerned because of the negative reviews but I’m glad I tried this location! I placed my order on the app and it was ready in less than five minutes and I went to the bathroom as well and it was very clean. Thank you for the great service. I appreciate it.🙏“
“I order for pickup regularly. No issues. All of the bad reviews are from people who want delivery. We live in a densely populated car dependent suburban area. It takes time for drivers to get to you. Relax. It’s a sandwich; not life saving medicine.“
“I got a sandwich that was clearly an accident because it was missing most the inside of the sandwich. Called and the manager was so nice he fixed the whole situation. Most people need to call and communicate to have something fixed but most just write a bad review instead. The manager definitely won me back as a customer. “All of the staff was super friendly. I ordered a JJ gargantuan, I paid and walked to get my drink, before my drink was even done filling up My sandwich was ready.
Restaurant was clean. The guy at the front counter was super personable and nice. Sandwich was bomb too. Would recommend“
