Jimmy John's in Aurora

“Right as I walked in, the store was very clean and looked great. Everything was amazing! The food ,the cleanliness, and the service was amazing. Alfonso’s recommendations and amazing customer service made my day and first experience here so much more enjoyable.“

“They are hit or miss for me. We order JJ’s quite frequently and I always get the #1 and ask for xtra, xtra, xtra, xtra, xtra, xtra, xtra lettuce. The other week, they delivered the holy grail of xtra lettuce (pic on right)! It was amazing! Today, it’s just normal lettuce (pic on left). 😒“

“We happened upon this store as were leaving the airport heading to our hotel. I am use to Jimmy John's service as friendly and fast. This place blew our local establishment out of the water. There were about 5 people working. Several of them greeted us as we entered the restaurant. The food was delicious and fast. I used the last of the paper towels in the bathroom and they promptly refilled them. The staff were cleaning and making meals while being cheerful the whole time we were in the store. They then wished us well as we left the store!“

“Had a good experience here twice now. Recently moved in the area so this is my nearest Jimmy John’s. I came in during the week around 2pm so, very quiet. The two gentlemen who were there were extremely nice and wrapped my beach club unwiched so tight and nicely!!! Thank you guys!!!“

“I loved the picklewich sandwich. I probably don’t need pickles for a few months, did the triple pickle deal. The chips are really good, and the pickle ranch too. Glad i finally got to try this limited time offering. Employees were busy, ordered on app and picked up while at the hospital. Easy to order and pickup using the app.“

“I've walked in and ordered twice from this location now. We've had the best service each time. The young man was so friendly and made our sandwiches perfectly. We were asking about the wraps, and he was highly knowledgeable on thd taste and flavors and gave us recommendations for add-ons. Maybe for this location, it's better to order in person. I always get the country club. The first time I ordered, they didn't put enough lettuce, but it was still good.“
