“I was here 06/01/25 around 6pm and the gentleman working was a one man show! I didn’t catch his name, but he was crushing it and gave great customer service! Quite a few people came in at once and he was working on multiple online orders as well. He handled it all so gracefully, despite being the only person working and people having to wait. I work in service, so I know how frustrating it can be when the stores been vacant for a bit and then all of the sudden all the business hits at once. (Happens to the best of us lol) But he was amazing - all happy customers! He definitely deserves a raise, at the very least a shift meal!! ❤️“

“I can’t say enough good things about Jimmy John’s! I accidentally put the wrong date on a big catering order and totally freaked out, but their team was amazing and helped me out right away. They got our whole order done super fast and were some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was honestly awesome. It’s not every day you come across a team this helpful and friendly. I’m really grateful they came through for us and made a stressful situation so much easier. Definitely recommend!“
