Worst service ever! 1.Line was to the street in the drive-through. 2. Finally, get to the menu to place my order… then go to the 1st window and they don’t have my order. I ordered around 10:40 pm tonight and understandably it was late I wasn’t asked what sauces I wanted with my chicken nugget meals so when I get around to the second window and politely ask if I could trouble them for some sauce since wasn’t asked at the drive thru speaker and the young lady with bleached blonde hair took it personally and was upset saying I was a mobile order and I had already asked for five barbecue sauces and to give some of that back if I want...read full review
First, don't have someone at the drive-thru that does not comprehend English. At all. Second, when you give me a chocolate shake after I order strawberry and you replace it by dumping the chocolate out and adding the strawberry to it, its friggin gross. Give me a new cup for Christ sake. Not helpful if you have reactions to chocolate. And that was after the 3rd person had to come over because strawberry and chocolate do not translate apparently.
