Not answering their phone ! Pizza was ordered well done and it came barely cooked !
Less than a star
I ordered 2 heart shaped pizzas yesterday. Luckily for me I had my son look at the pizzas before we got home. Both pizzas were so burnt that they looked like pizzas with an oreo cookie crust. When I returned them, Melanie, looked surprised but offered to make me 2 more. Unfortunately I did not have time to wait so I asked for a refund. Melanie has no customer service skills at all.
