“We have eaten at this Firehouse subs for many years. Last time we were here we had a negative experience because the sweet and spicy meatball sandwich was way too spicy! We went back again today and Richard the General Manager had seen our review and immediately announced he was going to buy our lunch today. Happy to report that the sweet and spicy meatball sandwiches are as delicious as ever. Thanks Richard!!“
“Best Customer Service Ever! Absolutely love this location. Before Covid started we frequently visited this location, but what I am throughly impressed with is the team ability to remain upbeat during the change. They always greet you with a warm welcome even if you can’t see them smile with their mask on. Even signing up for rewards was an awesome experience filled with excitement and willing to go the extra mile! I love this team! Tonight my husband went to pick up our sandwiches and our FAVORITE team member who has learned my sandwich order by heart wrote a sweet hello on my sandwich. Legit biggest smile ever crossed my face tonight. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a nicer form of kindness and 100% why I love this Jimmy John’s. Angie is extremely helpful, always kind and welcoming and always displays the best customer service. Thank you for making my night ❤️“
