Delicious Foccacia and Pinsa bread!
Eureka! I have searched for good old sourdough like I had as a kid growing up in the SF Bay Area. It is a very specific texture, color, and scent. This is it!!! Perfection! Sourdough like I haven't seen in 40 years! Thank you! I will be a returning customer.
We recently stopped by The Baking Room to check out their sourdough bread and we were not disappointed! Firm on the outside and soft inside, the perfect combination. The flavor is just what you want in a sourdough, that delicious tang. We especially loved it sliced and toasted.
