“As far as Wendy's go, this is a very good location. It seems to be well-managed and they have got my orders correct so far. The restaurant is clean, and due to the homeless population requires a code to get into the restrooms. There is easy access off of I-225 and Parker Road.“
“Came today before grocery shopping and the morning manager was extremely nice and got our order taken care of swiftly. We don't typically do fast food but needed something due to getting lightheaded and appreciated the hot food, swift service and cleanliness of the facility.“
“It’s not very often I rate a fast food establishment. Usually negative reviews. I am not sure who is working the register today, I must say the two times I’ve been here this week, he has been wonderful. The cashier name badge said aifrica? Either way he has been wonderful. I’ve never seen someone work so hard to make sure customers were well taken care of. I think he should get a raise at the minimum. Great job! Food was what to be expected from Wendy’s.“
“The new staff they have is AMAZING, Scott went out of his way to make sure i got a baked potato in my pick up order that i usually never am able to get because im always here in the middle of the night. FANTASTIC customer service and the food is always good. Thank you Scott!!“
“It's Wendy's, food was hot and good. Had a single with cheese and fries. The service was excellent, i gave an average for the atmosphere since I didn't go inside. What I love about Wendy's is you get your food right away unlike McDonald's, they make you park and you have to wait for someone to bring your food out to you.
Parking: Plenty of parking, you will not have a problem.“
“Very nice Wendy's on Havana. The menu is the same as other Wendy's. The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant is very good. The breakfast potatoes are very good. The coffee is okay at best.
Service was okay but not great. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up to take my order. They were efficient but not welcoming. The space is very clean with a lot of seating including comfortable chairs by a fireplace. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for guests.
Parking is ample and there's no competition from other businesses.“
