We had a great evening. Food was delicious in spite of a 13 hour power failure the evening before. We had a lovely server. Beautiful view. We will definitely go back.
Wonderful dinner at the charter steakhouse! We all loved our apps, entrees, drinks and desserts. Great evening , quiet dining room and beautiful views.
Great food, and good value. Spectacular view of the mountains from our table. Fair prices for bottles of wine. Both of our steaks came out undercooked from what we ordered, but it was quickly remedied.
The Black Diamond Bistro offers a stunning mountain view and a friendly, attentive staff. Guests have praised the tenderloin medallions, lamb, and Fitch Ranch steaks as exceptional. The menu features delectable dishes such as juicy half-chicken and savory bruschetta. The overall experience is one of relaxation and fine dining. The Charter Steakhouse has an upbeat, lively vibe, with excellent French Onion Soup and Burrata Beet Salad. Steaks are amazing, perfectly cooked and delicious. The wine list has a good variety of choices, and the service is outstanding and helpful. The petite filet is a favorite, and the broccolini and garlic herbed mashed potatoes are excellent. The mussels are outstanding, and the Caesar Salad is excellent. The filet is cooked perfectly, and the choice of compound butter is a nice touch. The Charter Smash Burger is the only item recommended on the bar dinner menu, and it is good, cooked as requested, with perfect hand-cut, thin, and crisp French Fries.
