“Vibrant community among the employees who provide excellent customer service and high quality ice cream. Lots of variety in flavors and a handful of toppings as well as cone/bowl options! Definitely recommend a cup of the mocha java as it has an amazing taste and texture! Small environment inside the parlor, but they have outdoor seating also that’s a bit more cozy on their busier nights. It’s located in a bustling area though, so it’s just as enjoyable to take on the go while you’re walking around downtown Loveland checking out the shops!“

“I like the atmosphere and the coffee The food is good but it is way too expensive. Lunch for 2 adults and a 4 year old $48..before tip ! I just talked to an older woman this morning, at the next table, 3 regular coffees and 4 cups of ice cream was over $22. I'll enjoy the atmosphere and the coffee and eat somewhere else.....unless someone else is buying..“

“We had THE BEST snowy Sunday treat today after Church. Sara was so sweet and patient with my 3 sons, husband, and I as we chose 16 different flavors of gelato to enjoy in the cozy caffé out of the elements. We were in no hurry to slosh back through the snow, so we studied ALL the menu options, planned future dates, gelato birthday cakes, and reward treats. Thanks Paciugo, we’ll be back soon!“
“SOOO good. Employees are always very friendly and fast. It’s so fun seeing the new cookies weekly. Honestly some of the best cookies I will ever eat in my life. My only complaint is sometime the flavors are extremely bland (like the plain chocolate chip cookie and sugar cookie) and some cookies seem so uncooked I feel iffy about eating them. Other than that, everything else about this place is incredible!“

“The atmosphere was very nice. The women behind the register was very kind and helpful. It was our first time going to the location and we will definitely be returning. I got the orange and key lime pie flavors with boba, pineapples and kiwis. They were both very delicious. They also have testers so that you can try the flavors before you fill your cup up.“
“Their "8 cookies for the price of 6" deal is hard to pass up! My husband agonizes over flavor choices, and the staff member who helped us was happy to explain each and every cookie in the shop. We bought a lot, and not a single one disappointed. I especially loved the Orange Doodle, which they don't always offer, and that there are small and large sizes, as well as cream filled options. We didn't try it, but they also offer an edible cookie dough (with a proprietary super secret ingredient instead of eggs). Next time!“

“All I can say is BEST DONUTS EVER. The freshest, most delicate, yummy treat I’ve ever had in my life. I always get the classic sugar donut and oh man I crave these things. I wish there was one closer to Denver since it’s a little bit of a drive because I would be an everyday kinda customer. The employees were all so nice and answered all my questions. The guy who took our order also made the best cup of coffee EVERR. I had the cold brew with sweet crème and caramel drizzle. I don’t know what they do to it but I’ve never had anything better. This place beats any donut shop I’ve ever been to, you have to try it!!! They also have the cutest duck logo so it’s really just the cherry on top“

My favorite was the Butter Cinnamon, 2 of my favorite flavors but the biggest surprise was that it tasted JUST like Horchata! Yum if you like Horchata ❤️. The Mango chili was also good, it has a little throat burn at the end, very enjoyable. They have a lot of the same candies as Rocket Fizz, but, just not as big of a selection. The location is small but they fit a lot into it. Enjoyed that it has a little sit down area inside as well as outside. The girls behind the counter were nice and quick. They offer up to 2 ice cream samples per person. Plan on heading back again soon.“

“I have always enjoyed Baskin Robbins, it was a place we went to for celebrations all through my childhood, and now every time I go back I'm reminded of all the fun times and delicious ice cream, and the ice cream is still delicious!Vegetarian options: There is no meat served here, it's all ice cream and similar products!Dietary restrictions: Everything has a gluten conscious label because the same scoops are used for all the ice cream, but if you let the employees know they can take extra precautions to reduce the risk, and many of the ice cream flavors are gluten free. They also have some non-dairy ice creams so if you're vegan or allergic to dairy there are still a few options for you to choose from, and the smoothies don't contain any dairy either anymore.
