We enjoy gaming at the Monarch and were excited to see that they offer an all-you-can-eat buffet. Not only a buffet but one that has lobster and crab legs! This buffet will run you around $60 a person, but if you gamble here regularly, you will get a complimentary buffet added to your game card every once in a while, which is a nice perk. Shocked this restaurant doesn't have 5 stars! Breakfast brunch buffet is the best I've had in all of Colorado! Great service and OUTSTANDING FOOD! I always come on the weekends for brunch and they have everything you can dream of at a breakfast buffet - eggs, omelets, bacon/sausage, waffles, French toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy (so dang good) huge dessert bar (woah), Mexican breakfast, steak (woah! What can I say about the Buffet. It was so good! My brother and I received a free buffet because it was our first time playing at the Monarch and boy was the so worth eating at. We got there 15 minutes before they closed, which I know shame on us. They still let us get our food and they didn't rush us at all! Our waiter was very attentive, it was quiet with plenty of room to walk through the tables. We will definitely be back.
