We stopped by this place late from a busy day. Ramen was delicious. Broth was rich and noodles were cooked well.

Dragonfly Noodle offers kind and super quick service in a modern setting with a nice patio. The ramen has improved since 2020, with gluten-free and celiac-safe options available. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating to dietary restrictions, making customers feel safe and satisfied with the delicious food offerings. The atmosphere is very nice, and many customers praise the friendly service. The signature Black Tonkotsu ramen is a standout dish, and the vegan miso base ramen is tasty and filling. Customers highly recommend the Black Tonkotsu ramen, Dragonfly Pho, and the Spicy Miso ramen, which is better than the best spots in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. The Brisket Bun is also amazing, though it's not a real bun, more like a biscuit. Dragonfly Noodle is considered by many as the best ramen in Colorado, with delightful food that leaves a lasting impression.
