It is considered one of the best Chinese restaurants in Boulder, with food that is home-style, authentic, tasty, and amazing. The menu features classic Chinese dishes and vegetarian options. Top recommendations include the braised pork rice bowl, which is not greasy and very tasty with no additive technology, and the Beijing Zha Jiang Mian, which has a little sweet and soy taste. Other highly praised dishes are the chocolate bao, mapo tofu, DanDan noodles (dry), Beijing Zhajiang Noodle, and the sesame tofu bowl. The food is cheap, quick, and yummy, with very friendly service. While the food court setting needs an update, the food is the real deal, not Americanized Chinese food. The family that runs the restaurant is kind, and the service is always great. A stamp card is available for free sides and discounts. This place deserves good reviews and is highly recommended.
