Corrida caters to those with dietary restrictions, offering seed oil-free options. The food and service are excellent, though the 5% community fee added to the bill is unacceptable for some. The prices are high even for Boulder. The pan appetizer comes with an amazingly delicious butter/garlic/paprika, and the steaks are fantastic. The wait staff is outstanding, providing recommendations and ensuring a comfortable experience, even bringing a blanket when it gets cooler. The menu is creative, with beautiful presentation and fresh, tasty dishes. The cocktails are amazing, and the basque cheesecake with aged sherry is divine. Corrida offers a top-notch dining experience without the stuffiness, perfect for a date night or special occasion.
