So I have been coming to this place for a while, and the food is good... if you can get it. I mostly order online.

At this point I cannot count the times I have had orders changed, missing things, them calling me because they're out of stuff. Today I was trying to place an order online and it wasn't working. I called them and the very rude person on the line dismissively told me they'd turned online ordering off for the day. Well, fair enough, it's a small kitchen. Trying to be helpful, I told her there was no messaging on the website indicating this so it just looked like it was broken, which was very confusing to me. She literally said: "yeah, well I'm not a manager but I'll pass that along". Right.

It's a shame, because it's a great place. Just don't bother ordering online or giving them any sort of friendly feedback.

Dish makes the best sandwich in boulder. Their housemade corned beef rueben features a pumpernickle which is a small jot away from traditional rye, but makes for one of the best ruebens ever. Unfortunately they seem to be having a hard time keepinf their pumpernickle, and their alternate ciabatta is terrible for the rueben. They should find a different rye if they can't get the pumpernickle.
The buff is also an awesome sandwich, and many others too, but they've lost my business after 7-10 times of being out of pump. Ill come back when I hear its back or at least a good rye.

I visited 2 years ago and loved eating the Mediterranean salad outside. Recently traveled back to Boulder, and lunch at Dish was my first stop. It did not disappoint!

Top tier. Fire subs. Nice bread.
Memorable sides. Small operation so give em time to work and you will be rewarded.

I really wanted this place to be good, but it just wasn't. I ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich which should have been packed with flavor, but it was such a sad meal. The sandwich was little more than a couple of turkey slices slathered in a very thin layer of cranberry jelly...no stuffing, no gravy. It was completely flavorless and uninspired. It was so disappointing that--still hungry and now craving the real deal--I went to the store, bought a box of stovetop stuffing, a can of cranberry sauce, and made my own version (pictured) at home that was 10x better than theirs. I only wish I took a picture of what I received at Dish Gourmet to compare side by side. You know there's a problem when you can do better than the restaurant.

Ordered catering from here, overall extremely satisfied. Very reasonable pricing, for very good food. They were accommodating to the dietary restrictions of all my guests, and the deliver was on time and setup very efficiently.

Pretty average experience. The staff was friendly and food was timely. The sandwiches (we tried both the gobbler and the chook) were kind of lacking flavor. For $30 for sandwiches I was kind of expecting my socks to be knocked off but I get the ingredients are high quality. I’m willing to go back sometime and try something else. Oh and I found a tiny black dog hair (I think) in the second half of my sandwich but I get it happens.

This place is really fantastic

I generally like this place and will keep coming back, but there almost always seems to be a problem with getting my food on time. I have watched two of three people on average who order after me get their food first. The staff is great, but it’s a bit frustrating to see people who order after you get their food first.

Overall love this place, the quality of their meats and ingredients is great. Staff is friendly and the spot is cute/clean and has old Boulder vibes! Especially love their side salads. Their GF bread however has zero integrity, falls apart every time I get it which makes it less appealing.

Moved here from SC back in August and ordered Dish for the first time today. Best brisket I’ve ever had. The sandwich was amazing and I love the lunch box option! Will definitely be back as I work in a salon right down the street :) thank you Dish crew!! ?

My friend ordered a couple of boxed sandwiches for his dissertation defense lunch and mine was the Gobbler - Turkey, avocado, Munster, tomato, lettuce, bacon, pesto, and Mayo on ciabatta. It was delicious! Someone who had the Piglet - ham, French emmental, Bobby lettuce, tomato, honey mustard, Mayo on ciabatta also said the same thing.I think they are consistent with the deliciousness!!Sorry, no pictures but I was so pleased that I’ll definitely be exploring more sandwiches and other options on their menu!

Hidden Gem in Boulder.Best sandwiches around; everything is made in house and delicious. Soups are also amazing. Our neighbor is a 6x sandwich king (eat all 23 sandwiches). If that’s not a glowing review, what is?Tip: sub focaccia for ciabatta.
