If someone gets a large chunk of latex inside their food it should be taken seriously. I literally had to pull it out of my throat! All I have asked is to know what it is ... a glove ?a condom? Please return my calls I need to know if I was exposed to Covid or anything . I need some closure
I've been to this location many times, and I have loved it every time. I came in earlier tonight for my favorite item on the menu... The chicken queso burrito, and it was just as delicious as ever. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the Service was great! I also love the free style coke fountain.

I have never written a bad review about a business. I've been in Customer Service almost my entire career and never have I had such a terrible experience. I just received the worst service in my life. I will never give my money to this location again. Not only was the staff horribly rude, the young lady that claimed to be a manager was just as disrespectful and unhelpful.
I do plan on letting everyone I know about this sad example of service from your location

Customers appreciate the dedicated staff who go above and beyond, even close to closing time. The place is perfect, plenty of parking. Qdoba is better than Chipotle, significantly cheaper, and generous with food. While the ambiance is nothing special, the food is amazing and exceeded expectations. Alex was great and attentive, ensuring satisfaction and informing about the free queso and guac.
