Their flavors do not compare to any others that I've ever had. So bold, robust, and variable. This is the only place I buy my coffee from. It has made excellent Christmas and birthday presents to family and have made converters out of them too. Fantastic job, please continue your art! My mornings are now sacred with your cup of joe in my hand.
The owner, Gene Kay, does not exaggerate on his description of his " Deep Snow" roast about the steep road to his mountain home where he started Silver Canyon. I used to service his phone line (Mountain Bell) up there and even rolled my truck (all 4 wheels chained up) in his driveway once. That was more than 20 years ago and I still have never found a coffee as satisfying as Silver Canyon. Never over-roasted!

I have only experienced their coffee at the farmer's market, but I am sold on their limited edition coffees. You pay premium price but if you are finicky about your beans it is worth it. I tried their African varieties from Rwanda and Ethiopia, which lean toward fruity notes. Most recently, I had their anaerobic fermented Ecuadorian beans. The later has a unique profile with acids built up in the process to develop a striking intense flavor.
