Amazing coffee. These guys know their stuff when it comes to the proper roast for any bean. I don't know of any other local roaster that is getting single origin coffee from a specific plantation. That's what Ive been calling micro origin when I describe it to my friends. Then you add the Red Cherry Project on top of that! Amazing.
Can't get enough!
I live on the east coast now, but still get Silver Canyon shipped in as a tasty and nostalgic reminder of the years I spent in Boulder. The quality is impeccable, the shipping is fast, and the price is very reasonable. They are so lovely and personable and always decipher the rambling messages I leave when I call them past business hours and send my coffee out the next day.
