Amazing coffee. These guys know their stuff when it comes to the proper roast for any bean. I don't know of any other local roaster that is getting single origin coffee from a specific plantation. That's what Ive been calling micro origin when I describe it to my friends. Then you add the Red Cherry Project on top of that! Amazing.
Can't get enough!
I'm grateful to have tried many of Silver Canyon's roasts, and their quality is consistent and speaks for itself. Wonderful place!
