Great food classic French style food
My wife Carmen and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 46th anniversary on October 9, 2022, capping the day with a visit to the historic Greenbriar Inn north of Boulder. I was there for my Son and his beautiful Brides wedding. It is a very beautiful venue. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the the servers felt like they could be part of the family. I highly recommend!

The Greenbriar Inn is a special place that offers excellent food and service. Diners enjoy great appetizers, including the best bread. The house Cab was one of the best. The Greenbriar Inn continues to carry an outstanding Beef Wellington. The evening offers excellent margaritas and a wide wine selection alongside standout entrees. Finishing with a sweet raspberry mousse in pastry is a lovely experience. The waiter had some nice recommendations on wine. The whole evening was perfect. Phil the owner's kind, open, upbeat energy sets the tone for the rest of your visit. The food was delicious and everyone raved about the food, that kind of food where you savor every bite. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being overwhelming. The food arrived hot with perfect timing between courses. Everything was well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Complimentary champagne was a nice surprise.
