I have never had to pay for food that I had to send back. But here that's the policy. Wonder what the policy would be of their was mouse poop in my food?
NO! Awful, Its like the owner just wants your money. They'll shake you down at the door if they could.
I have never been to a restaurant that charges you for food that you send back and cant eat because its too spicy. But they do it here. Also for some reason they wont give you much napkins. Buyer Beware. Go elsewhere!
