Went into PHO USA tonight and didn't realize they were closed for the Superbowl. They were kind enough to let us stay and try a bowl of their delicious beef pho!!! They were some of the kindest people I've ever met!!! Their food is impeccable!! We will definitely be regulars at that wonderful place!!!

went in for the seafood platter special. hands down the best food in town! my friend and I ate for under 50 bucks including tip. highly recommend great service and great food!

Pho USA is a restaurant in Canon City known for its amazing Pho. The staff and owner are incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is fantastic, with deep clean flavors from the Pho broth, quality ingredients, and nicely portioned meals. The restaurant recently reopened for business and has a cute, very clean space. The friendly staff influences staying to eat. On their grand opening, all bowls were delicious, including the steak/shrimp and chicken and/or rare steak Phos. Even when closed for the Superbowl, the kindest people let customers stay and try their delicious beef pho. The food is impeccable. For takeout, the pho is packaged perfectly with broth, noodles, and toppings kept separate. The broth is rich, flavorful, and still piping hot. Portions are generous, with top-notch fresh herbs and tender meat. Customers can get extra noodles and veggies if wanted. Highly recommend for authentic, delicious pho.
