I sat here and watched your team turn away paying customers because it was “five minutes before closing”! The customers stated they would be quick and knew what they wanted, but the “team lead” stated she could not seat them! WOW.
Your employees have forgotten their job. Their job is not to open and close a restaurant and get home ASAP. Their job (and the entire reason your business exists) is because you/they provide goods and services to PAYING customers.

Word of caution...we were excited to go again to B & B. Not sure of the failure was their new join the wait list system or the host stand. We checked in when we arrived, we checked in again after about 15-20 mins (quoted wait time), checked the wait time on the texted link a few time. Still 4 tables ahead of us. After about 40 minutes total wait time we check in again. We were told our table was given away because we didn't respond to the text (never received a text other than...read full review
