My wife and I ate at the Castle Rock KFC on June 29,2022. We had the Wednesday special. The biscuit and the cole slaw were fine. The meat and mashed potatoes were inedible. Staff were friendly and helpful. The store was dirty and very hot-- no air conditioning. It appears that the owner/franchisee has little interest in this location. I’ve always wondered why people only make only negative comments, never good comments. It seems like only the negative is worth sharing 🤔

KFC offers great customer service, especially with busy night shifts. Despite some waiting time, the A1 and K14 meals are recommended for their delicious crispy chicken and tasty burgers. The young employees are respectful and handle busy times smoothly, making it a great choice for a satisfying meal.
