“Burns ales is on my very short list of breweries that I take visiting beer friends. Wayne is a master brewer and their staff is quite knowledgeable and friendly. Kolsch service on Sundays is one of my favorite days. Blueberry milk stout, field beer, lambics!!! So many unique styles you don't normally see in Denver.“

“Amazing service and awesome beer in a great location. I love checking out local breweries and this place did not disappoint. They have a lot of space and different types of seating (high or low tables, bar seating and some seats on patio outside. They’re also kid & dog-friendly, though dogs must stay on outdoor patio. The beer-tenders are super friendly and helped me find the beers I like there and are awesome to talk to. I have come here a handful of times since moving to Denver from Florida and I’m comfortable reading a book on my own, sitting at the bar and chatting with the beer-tenders or regulars (who are super friendly to newcomers), or watching a game on TV. It’s a Welcoming atmosphere and has a good selection of different beer styles (e.g., hazy and west coast IPA’s, blondes and wheat ales, jalapeño blonde ale, red ale, barrel aged stout, Sour, & limited editions). Plus several of their beers are gluten reduced and one of the beer-tenders who has celiacs says she and others with gluten intolerant folks are fine drinking them. It’s definitely become my new home brewery after living here just 5 weeks! They also have a bookshelf of board and card games you can play if you want to make it a game night!“

“Public Offering Brewery is hands down my favorite brewery in Denver. They’ve got an great selection of beers for all kinds of tastes. Their hoppy beers really shine, and honestly, when I compare them to places like Comrade Brewing, I think Public Offering might have the edge. The hops are bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, making each sip super satisfying. But hey, beauty is in the eye of the beholder—picking a favorite between these hoppy powerhouses is basically impossible, they’re all that good.

Their stouts, lagers, and fruited sours are on point too, so there's something for everyone, no matter what you’re into.

What really makes Public Offering stand out, though, is the vibe. The place has a super laid-back feel, perfect for hanging out with your crew inside or outside on their huge patio. “Really great brews and low key atmosphere. You're probably familiar with their core beers at liquor stores but their OG brewery and taproom has a bunch of unique stuff and they're always tapping a new small batch offering as well, which are usually creative and very tasty. No food on site except a few snacks, but they often have a food truck. They also do lots of special events so keep an eye on their calendar if you're interested in such things, but also a great place to just grab a pint and relax on your own or with a group.“

“Located in the Marriott Denver Tech Center, you may be misled to think that it is "just another hotel restaurant." That would be WRONG! This is a hidden gem - excellent service and the food is truly delicious. Salads are generous and make the full meal and the entrees satisfy. We shared a Reuben and n the split plate - each of us received a full serving of French fries with no upcharge. Timely service, friendly smiles - we truly enjoyed this restaurant for BOTH dinner and breakfast. A note about breakfast - the Avocado Toast is one of the BEST I have ever had and I order it at every restaurant I go to...just to check it out. The sausage gravy is a warm surprise with a spicy sausage that compliments the gorgeous biscuits in the best way. LOVED this restaurant and if you are staying at the Marriott - lucky you. If you are not - get over there as you will find the experience worth the trip.“

“Love this local brewery! Two22 is such a great small business and has done so much for their community, with events, fundraisers, and a portion of every beer sold going to select charities. Their beers are well crafted and their staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re new to the area, check them out during the week when they are not so busy. We love going for an easy date night where we bring food to the brewery or we look at their Facebook to see what food trucks are there that night. Highly recommend trying to get their Patio Peach in the summer. It’s delicious!“

“I've been here a couple dozen times now and it's always a great experience. The staff are all super friendly, the beers are tasty & unique and there's a great community vibe. My current favorite brews are the funk shwei and sour krush - both are very craveable!

Bonus: they have a rotating cast of great food trucks here (Barbosas BBQ is my current fave!) and in addition to sparkling water, they have an interesting selection of N/A drinks (hibiscus tea on tap, aqua frescas) if you're with someone who doesn't drink alcohol.“

“I visited the new Prost Brewing in Northglenn this past Sunday for an event my business partner and I hosted. We had the most fantastic experience! Not only are the drinks amazing (I highly recommend the tangerine seltzer and the espresso martini), food was delicious, atmosphere lively, but staff was friendly and super easy to work with as well. “Frequent this brewery relatively often. Always seems to have a peaceful vibe with the people who show up here at the bar, good bbq, sides are pretty good as well. The only “thing” I’d say is if you want to frequent here is the staff seems to change frequently. Otherwise awesome staff tonight! Shannon, Zoe and Jordan were the bestest bartenders!! From where I was sitting, Kaitlyn the cook was a fun experience seeing her through the window work. :) also had the pleasure to speak with Brando (one of the starting BBQ chefs) great experience tonight. “The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the atmosphere was ok. But the place is a hub for young families with young children. Some of the parenting skills observed were very questionable. Parents letting kids do whatever the hell they wanted to do.“
