“Our first time in and Amber was absolutely amazing! So welcoming and helped us around the menu. Their special was Pork Belly Cinnamon Rolls and it MELTED IN YOUR MOUTH!!!!! The baked beans had a delicious smoky flavor and the fries were fresh and crispy. Every single thing we tried was insanely tasty!! I will be coming back and trying everything on the menu! “I had this place on my want-to-go for about a year and when I got the chance to go they had re-branded!!! I was sad but I understand that many of the type of people who are into brewery bar hopping would be iffy to order a “senpai” beer so understanding your demographic is key. So they turned to a bit of an emo kind of place. Which isn’t really MY vibe but they have different stuff per day and fun games to play with your friends. The squid ink beer was dank however their hazy was… OK. If this is your vibe- death rage metal head alternative gamers - come on down“
“One of my all time favorite breweries. Staff is great, beer is great (the seasonal green chili kolsch is my favorite), you can bring food in from monsoon right across the street and there's usually a good game on the tvs or you can play one of the board games they have there.“
“We met some friends here for a last minute baby shower. In case you’re wondering, a baby shower that had to change venue from one brewery to another due to snow storm, is the most possible ‘Colorado’ you can be.Despite being last minute, they let us set up our spot for presents and hangout in a cozy corner. This despite the fact they were quite busy. There were tons of families in there meeting friends and playing games. To me, this screams community. Hats off to you, 105 West.Also, their blackberry sour was delicious and legitimately sour. I loved it.“

“My wife and I have been coming to this excellent little dog-friendly brewpub two or three times a year since they opened back in... 2017? 2018? They feature an expansive tap selection, friendly and knowledgeable servers, and piped-in music that matches my taste. Their website says they have live music from time to time, but I must come on the wrong days. They almost always feature a very good food truck, and their Astroturf outdoor seating area provides a more comfortable experience for my older huskies than the hard surface patios at most of the pubs around the South Metro area. Resolute has a very pleasant atmosphere, nice friendly patrons, and lots of dogs to say hello to. My wife and I have very different tastes in craft beer, but each of us can always find a beer or two to please our palate.“
“Was recently visiting my son in Castle Rock from NY. We wanted to try someplace to have some good beers and good food. 105 West filled the bill admirably. A lot of good beer choices, (we both had flights in order to sample more flavors), and while the food choices were limited (they had a wood fired pizza food truck right outside), The pizza was excellent! Also want to add that this is a Veteran owned business and that always appeals to me, being a veteran myself. All in all totally worth 5 stars and your time if you're in the area.“

“Peak view brewing is a great brewery located in a strip mall right off of Arapahoe Drive. It is one of those places we have passed 100 times on the way to something else and always remarked that we should check out. We finally did and I'm disappointed we didn't stop sooner. First the service was amazing. Our beertender not only was prompt to help us but was asking us about what we liked and making recommendations to suit our tastes. He also brought over tasters for us to try based on what we had already said we liked. Inside it was clean and spacious, with two large areas to sit. It is also dog friendly so our pooch was able to come along and enjoy treats and pets from the staff who clearly are also dog lovers. There is no food onsite but there are a few restaurants in the immediate area who will run food over for you. They also have a bunch of events from music to comedy, to trivia. TL:DR - great beers, wonderful staff, dog friendly“
