“The food and service were decent today. I did have to pull into a spot and wait a little bit for my food. I came at 9:30 am on a weekday. It wasn't busy, and I was the only car in the drive-thru, so I am not sure why I was waiting. It could have been because I ordered a chicken sandwich, and I guess it was still breakfast. I wouldn't think that would matter, really. It's all the same chicken. I ordered the banana pudding milkshake, and that was divine! I wished it had a few more banana bits and a few less Nilla wafer bits, but it was still really tasty. I just had to try it. I would say it was an overall good experience, but if I come again, I will plan to wait.“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“visited Dave’s Hot Chicken on Broadway, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Chris. He provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. Chris was friendly, attentive, and very patient while explaining the menu options. He was extremely informative about the different heat levels and combos, which made ordering so much easier. It’s clear he cares about making sure customers have a great experience.
Overall, Chris made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“YUM. Love the food, especially the salads (don't skip the tater-tots). The people are friendly and the restaurant is clean. If you are in a rush, run in for pick-up instead of getting stuck in the drive-thru, but in general, their food comes out fast.“

“Always looking for a new place close to work for lunch. First time visiting and ordering from the Highlands Ranch location and it did not disappoint! Very impressed by the size of the two slider meal. Our order was ready when we arrived and was hot,fresh and delicious! We will definitely be ordering from this location again! “We've been to a few other Birdcalls in the area but this one by far is the best. The one standout star employee was a girl named Jennifer. She was the kindest and most honest employee at a fast food place that we've ever met. I could only hope that we run into more employees like her at Birdcall. I would have been able to give you five stars on the food but I cannot believe that a salad at a chicken place didn't come with chicken tenders to put in the salad. I think the people that own the restaurant should recommend at least including one or two chicken strips with each salad. I thought that was standard at a chicken place so my wife ordered a salad. The salad was good but having a couple of pieces of chicken on it would have made it top notch.“

“There really isn't much to say you can't go wrong with chicken fingers and fries it is a classic meal that always head to the spot and taste delicious. It is almost universally enjoyed by people who are vegan or vegetarian or whatever. It's what I order whenever I go to a restaurant that doesn't serve anything I like.“

“Only putting 4 stars because we go to this one all time went today around 6:20pm order 3057. Ordered 2 Cobb salads with double ranch didn’t get ranch at all but was charged for it. She didn’t asked if I wanted chicken on it or not. So they gave me regular chicken patty on there and I didn’t want that. So I ordered 12 grilled nuggets but only got 8 grilled nuggets. Didn’t have time to go back just disappointed been coming here for 5 years. First time this has happened“

“I love this place! The food is excellent! The only complaint or issue I have is u wanna make sure that u have condiments in your bag before leaving. Sometimes that's missing and let's be honest, that sauce gives that chicken and waffle fries that pop of flavor that makes it taste so great!“
