Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a place with kind and patient employees. It is a perfect spot for lunch with friends or dinner with family. The manager provided excellent customer service, replacing a messed-up sandwich and honoring a free custard voucher without hesitation. Many find the service amazing, and it is fun to talk with some of the workers. Overall, it is a pleasant dining experience with polite staff. A great place to visit for good food and exceptional service, though some have noticed that the burgers seem to be getting thinner while the buns and toppings are getting bigger.
