Man, this is hands down my most favorite chicken sandwich till now. We ordered and the chicken it was rock hard and dry. Bread was falling apart. Kinda just gross honestly. I'm mostly bummed that this order was suppose to be me showing my wife how much better these are then Birdcall and it was the worst. Not sure if it is just this location, but don't need that again. Lame.
I placed an order in 12/31@ 545pm through the website. The email confirmation stated I would receive my order within 1 hour. My status on my order never updated, so I called the store several times just to receive a voicemail. I sent a message via Facebook messenger. I placed an order for $112 and never received it. I ordered at 4:07 pm (4 sandwiches, 3 chocolate shakes and a coke). I walked inside to pick up the order and waited for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. While standing at the counter there were literally 4 employees that walked by me without saying anything. One employee even came up to the register, scanned his card and took cash out without even looking up or saying hello.
