Yummy food. Kids loved it. The casino is weird about having kids there and we were constantly told by multiple employees that kids can’t be at the casino if they’re not eating. It’s their job and it is understandable that they told us.
We wanted Jinya ramen jn ameristar but it was closed for repairs today, so we googled and found this place. The concept is weird, it’s set up like a chipotle for ramen but after asking what we wanted they disappear to the back to “cook the noodles?” Then come back and ask again what meats, broth, and toppings. The food and service here is always excellent. The pork belly is my go to and the birria bao were very tasty. I'm only giving 3 stars because the soda fountain is disgusting. It tastes musty like the lines and nozzles havent been cleaned in weeks.
