Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. Reviews
Great food for the price, I really enjoyed the Dragon Pork Belly Bao.
We had a fantastic experience at Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. and the quality was exceptional! 🍜 I later found out it’s a Jet Tila concept, which explains the sophisticated flavors and presentation—you can really taste the difference.
The open kitchen was such a great feature, and my custom bowl with house-made ramen and Chinese chicken broth was superb! Plus, the portions of chicken and shrimp were impressively generous. 🍤

For the first time, I am reviewing just on the atmosphere and the anticipation on having lunch next week here. Looks very interesting and I will update after. The atmosphere looks great for a small casino.

Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. is a great noodle bar on the second floor of a casino in Central City. The restaurant has a very clean dining area and kitchen. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, with some calling it the best in Central City by a long shot. The menu offers delicious ramen and udon noodles with broths like pork, chicken, and vegetable, alongside rare beef and tofu. There are lots of customization options, including a gluten free option with actual rice noodles. Dishes are made fresh to order and well-seasoned. The little dragon wings, Korean wings, and bao buns are also a hit, described as stellar and highly recommended for those who love spice. A unique feature is the built-in burners at each table, which work spectacularly to heat the noodle bowl further.
Service is noted as very kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. However, some reviews point to recent inconsistencies. The restaurant has been frequently out of specific menu items, like certain noodles, without clear communication, which has been frustrating. On one occasion, the service was described as extremely rude, leading some former regulars to dine elsewhere. Despite this, many find the experience enjoyable and the ramen phenomenal, even preferring it over other local options. Some customers consider it a top spot and will drive out of their way to eat there, hoping for improved consistency in the future.
