“These guys are on a mission to share truly good bbq with Colorado Springs. The food has been spot on (as good as my brisket!) every time that I've eaten here.
Today there was a mixup in the charge (1/4 lb brisket was charged the same as 1/2 lb), but the manager took care of it promptly and with kindness.

“We’re from Kansas City so we take our bbq very serious and I must say, give this place a shot if you haven’t already. The quality speaks for itself here, excellent meal. Also, the owner is a very nice guy and was doing everything he could to make sure his customers were all taken care of during my visit today. THESE are the places to support! 10/10“

“This is the first time we visited Rudy's. The food was good and a fun place to visit. The atmosphere is rustic with a home town feel. Butcher paper plates and long tables. I had the BBQ Beef, moist and a sausage with jalapeños and cheese, and a baked potatoe. I liked these BBQ mild sauce. The staff was attentive and polite. I'll definitely be back.“

“I love B’z bbq. My husband goes nearly every Wednesday to get me some bbq nachos. I’m addicted! The bbq and baked beans combined with the peach habanero hot sauce is soo good. Great combo!“

We tried the jumbo wings, and they were absolutely superb—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The rib combo plate was just as impressive—tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned.“

“Build your plate. I had brisket, hot links, okra and fries. This is the best restaurant okra I’ve ever had. Being from Mississippi, I know fried okra. The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

“Was a bit of a trick to find (is hidden in the corner of the buildings), but the food was spot-on from what remember from Daegu and Seoul Korea (though they didn't have whole-clove garlic onthe tables, which I kinda missed lol)...definitely give a 9/10 :)“

“GO! So happy I was finally able to try this place. The place was clean, staff was friendly, they had non stop business happening and most importantly for was AMAZING! I got the mini plate with Hawaiian BBQ chicken. It was more food than I expect for $11.19. 1 scoop of rice and Mac salad, veggies and three large pierce of chicken. One thing I could recommend was the veggies could be cooked a bit longer. Can’t wait to be back!“

“We haven't been to BB in awhile, not since they supported campaign events for maga candidates. We decided to make reservations for dinner before a show at Boot Barn. Service was great & food was very tasty. The servers were young & energetic & lovely. As long as the business plan of management is politically neutral & the food is tasty, we will continue to support BB.“

“I first visited a Longhorn Steakhouse in Southaven, Mississippi and it was SOOOO good! Decided to give this location a shot here in the Springs and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is quaint, service is always cordial and appropriate, and the food is prepared just right. The portion sizes always allows me to take some home in order to take a great lunch to work the following day.
On this visit I had the Salmon with garlic mash potatoes, and Crispy Brussle Sprouts with a Well done Ribeye Steak. It was like the half and half plate. Then, I had the Lava Cake to go for dessert. The steak was super tender, perfectly marbalized, and the Brussel Sprouts were crunchy and well seasoned. I forgot, we had the Parmesean Mushrooms for the appetizer and was able to take some of that home as well. They were soo.. good!
