Haven't been to one in a while. There are some food item changes, but it's still as good as it was when I was in one long ago. The service was great. Little small in the dining but was ok.
I love Captain D's. Don't eat a lot of fried foods but when I splurge this is go to for me. Reminds me of my hometown where we would visit with my family. Something comforting in familiar smells and taste's.
Was my girlfriend and I's first time trying Captain D's. The food exceeded our expectations.The service was even better, I believe the man that took our order was named Dennis. He was so kind and very helpful. Will be back!
Captain D'S restaurant serves great seafood, similar to or better than Long John Silvers. The mac 'n cheese is a highlight. While the texture of the fish being mushy and mealy on the inside and soggy with excess grease on the outside has been complained, the selection and quality of the fish is very good. The service is great. The restaurant is small but comfortable. There are some food item changes, but the taste is still the same. The place is perfect for those who love fried food and want to be reminded of their hometown.
