I came through drive thru to order and was greeted by an unprofessional employee who stated she was gone for 2 weeks and forgot how to do her job.
I asked for two plain chicken sandwiches but add pepper jack cheese on one. however, I did not get pepper jack cheese, I got 2 disappointing pickles. The bun was soggy and the chicken was not hot and fresh. It seems to me the employees prep a bunch of sandwiches and leave them under a heat lamp in their bags.
