i used to love Tokyo Joe's. Great Bento Boxes, bowls, etc. flavor was always excellent, etc. But went today for the first time in 7 months, and was very disappointed. Flavor was lacking, and flat. No beer choices available anymore, prices for a Bento Box were $3 higher than prior to the recent sales of the company in 9/22. Probably won't go back.

Today while trying to grab lunch we went to this location and ordered 2 entrees. We were informed they don’t take cards so we would have to pay with cash or go online to make the order. I asked how we would then redeem our buy one get one free coupon online and they said that they couldn’t. Piss poor customer service they would not even let us order one of the two entrees online to technically make it buy one get one free either.
