This was the absolute worst experience my family has ever had at any establishment ever!! We were here as a team building fun day for our son's baseball team. First off the security continuously targeted our kids harassing them multiple times while leaving other children to run a muck with not so much as a glance after it was brought to the assistant managers attention were he announced "I am not racist" but still didn't fix the issue. I would NOT recommend leaving by a tab open here. On Valentines Day, I started a tab while I was playing games. When opening a tab, they keep your card. I forgot to close out the tab when I left so I went back the next day to pick it up. Well they are either so disorganized or they have a thief in their staff, and they just could not find my debit card. There for my granddaughter's birthday. Had reservations for 5 pm. When we get there we were told it will be a two hour wait...and it was. I think you should look up the definition of "reservation".
