“Swung in on Saturday morning to grab doughnuts and was very happy with our experience. Pierre was a wonderful example of how employees should treat guests. He immediately greeted us but let is take our time in choosing items. He was friendly and chatted as he gathered our order. Additionally he took care with our items, including wiping everything off so it wasn’t sticky. Everything looked clean and fresh, and the doughnuts were great once we had a chance to eat them.
The only downside was the construction the city is doing on the roadway around the establishment which obviously isn’t DD’s fault but is a bit of a pain.“
“I normally frequent a different coffee shop but decided to download the app and give Dunkin a go. So glad I did! A wonderful employee named Evie helped me with my order and she was awesome! My drink was delicious and I will definitely be going back!“
“Drove about 20mins out of the way just to come to this location! Great donut selection and they kept the trays full. The cashier took her time to explain the different caramel coffee options and was patient with our toddler trying to narrow down his selection. Allie definitely made the drive worth it and our experience great!! She has the energy and the kindness that will keep customers coming back and even driving out of the way for this location!“
“While staying at the Lodge, we visited Dunkin multiple times. Each time ordering a variety of things, coffee, hot chocolate, refresher drinks, donuts, sandwiches, and sides. Everything was prepared as ordered. It was hot and fresh. The area was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very patient while we looked over the menu, answering any questions that we had and making suggestions. I would stop by here again if I was staying at the resort.“
“Ayo, I love this dunkin. I am a regular here, but I don't understand why the GM can't respect the shmear..... it's the saddest amount of cream cheese every single time I get a bagel. Otherwise, you kids are working very hard, and I 100% love you guys.“
“All the staff is friendly and hard-working. Although they only had old fashioned donuts on Veteran's Day, they made it right by offering and honoring a free half dozen later that week.
Edit: one of four Boston Cream donuts had no filling.... frosting is light if you're into more or less.“
