They are accommodating to those with allergies, ensuring orders are correct and consistent. The food, particularly the sushi rolls, has been highly praised, with standouts such as the Texas, American Dream, Bronco Special, and COS Special rolls, as well as the delicious pork rolls. The hibachi, including the shrimp and fillet mignon combo, has great flavor and seasoning, with perfectly cooked beef and amazing sauce. Located in the Springs, it has become a favorite for regular customers, including those who previously lived in Seattle. The sushi is fresh and made right as you order, coming out almost immediately. Servers are super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is great, though it can get chilly inside. While the hibachi isn’t cooked in front of you, it’s still excellent.
