“One of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time!! Wow, super duper fresh, made exactly how I liked it, the relish is soooo good. The staff was super attentive, kind, quick, efficient, friendly, and patient. Clean shop and lots of smiling faces. It was my first time at a Jersey Mike's Subs, and they hit it out the park at this location. I will definitely be going back!“

“Definitely one of the best Jersey Mike’s locations I’ve been to. I drive a little further to this location because the service is always good and their attention to the order detail when I order on the app is better than any other location in Colorado Springs that I’ve been to.

Vegetarian options: #14 and the Portabello Cheesesteak are both vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options, the #14 Veggie is my go to and I’m not even vegetarian. They also have gluten free bread available.“

don't know what was better, the sandwich or seeing that good work ethic still exists....the sandwich was good, but knowing...there is still some hope...that tasted a lil better.

“Aerial and Marcus were terrific, I was so undecided I looked at the menu for 10 minutes trying to decide what I wanted. But they were so patient and my Phili cheesesteak Sub was incredible. They truly put a smile on my face. They were so patient with me and kind OMG I love them. And I will be brining the wife and kids by to enjoy some great food.“

“Awful experience. Ordered online. Showed up at the time indicated and then waited another 40 minutes for an employee to begin making my two sandwiches only for the employee to misplace them in another customers bag and give it away. Thinking I was confused and querying about my order, the employee says my order has just gone out and must have been stolen. The employee then does not offer to do anything until I ask for a refund because I was done waiting 50 minutes after my order was supposed to be complete. Frustration was for dinner tonight.

UPDATE (24 May 25): After this experience, the owner of the store contacted me and expressed his strong desire to correct the issue. I [hesitantly] went back to this store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised all around. The staff appeared much better trained and my experience was much smoother. I have updated my rating to reflect this significant improvement and the owner's clear desire to provide a positive experience.“

“This is my first time having Jersey Mike's and I will say this place is impressive they have sandwiches that are bigger than Subways Sandwiches even not to be biased or anything but I prefer these sandwiches over Subways Sandwiches except there's one problem they're more expensive than Subways Sandwiches that's needless to say there's was also a great display of pictures of famous athletes like Nikola Jokic, Peyton Manning, and a few others which I thought was awesome hopefully I'll go back to a Jersey Mike's location again soon“

“I'm not a fast food lover... but honestly the number 13 at Jersey Mikes is very good, and I think the quality of their ham and sausages is very good because they have someone who produces their own sausages, that detail of placing them in plain sight that they have. Its own brand to ensure its quality is a great point in its favor for me.“
