“My husband loves Jersey Mike’s I went to a different location and it was disappointing and disgusting. So when he recommended going I said we would have to go to a different location.
I am so glad we did. I am now hooked. This Constitution location is not close to our home like the other yucky one but I will only eat from this location.
The sandwiches are wonderful. We purchased larger sandwiches to have lunch for the next day. They were delicious and tasted fresh!!

“I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first in years and as new Celiac, I appreciated that the staff are SUPER careful with cross contamination. They made sure to take the necessary precautions, from using separate knife, to changing gloves, and cleaning counters. 10/10 for service provided and for the staff being properly trained.“

“Awful experience. Ordered online. Showed up at the time indicated and then waited another 40 minutes for an employee to begin making my two sandwiches only for the employee to misplace them in another customers bag and give it away. Thinking I was confused and querying about my order, the employee says my order has just gone out and must have been stolen. The employee then does not offer to do anything until I ask for a refund because I was done waiting 50 minutes after my order was supposed to be complete. Frustration was for dinner tonight.
UPDATE (24 May 25): After this experience, the owner of the store contacted me and expressed his strong desire to correct the issue. I [hesitantly] went back to this store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised all around. The staff appeared much better trained and my experience was much smoother. I have updated my rating to reflect this significant improvement and the owner's clear desire to provide a positive experience.“
“Took my gf there for her first time. I announced it and said give her all the info. The gentleman behind the counter went through all her choices and was amazing. Great service, Sammy's were delicious!!!
The tables not wiped was our only issue, everything else was great.“
“We’ve had sandwiches here a couple times lately and it’s hitting each time.
The turkey provolone and the cheesesteak both very good.
And they are staffed well. Get in and out quick. Been a dependable lunch spot.

“Their customer service is amazing! One time my coworker at end had a road rage incident where somebody attacked her and I told the young ladies there to be careful. They gave me a coupon for a free giant sub for her. One time my paycheck didn't arrive and I had no money for lunch. Since I was a regular patron they gave me a free sandwich and another coupon for a free sandwich and asked me how my friend was doing and if she was recovering okay. That's how you keep customers! I was very touching it made me want to cry! Lucy and Noah are amazing!!!!“
“I was here December 17 at about 615. The staff on duty was highly professional and worked together like a well oiled machine very prompt service as well. They not only knew what they were doing, but they look like they knew what they were doing. Good job to that crew. I will definitely return to this jersey Mike’s.“
